Frames an Pop Ups both interfere with what a search engine finds on your website. They also break up the continuity of the visitors experience, and in effect 'break' the users browser. If a user can't find your logo where they expect it to be, or it doesn't link back to your homepage, it causes a break in the continutity of their browsing experience, and it may be great enough to turn them away. Question 5 You answered that you do not have the standard forms of navigation on your pages.
This is another of the normal conventions of websites. Visitors have come to expect that navigation be availible, in a few standard places. The Global navigation typically runs horizontally near the top of the page, and the secondary navigation runs vertically on the left hand side. There is then typically a tertiary level of navigation at the foot of the page. If your website doesn't conform to these standards, then perhaps it is time for a re-design.
