The Intelligent FAQ Solution | The Intelligent F.A.Q. looks like your typical F.A.Q. solution, but it includes a search box that allows the user to search through your questions using common language to find an answer. | If a question is not answered and no relevant results are available, a quick form on the bottom of the F.A.Q. allows the user to submit their question to be answered by you. When the question has been answered, the new question will display in the F.A.Q.
